Studio Pricing & Booking Policy 

Rates

• Tracking (engineer included)

  • Hourly: $55/hr

  • 4‑hour block: $210

  • 8‑hour day: $440

• Self‑record (room only, no engineer): $40/hr

• Mixing

  • Basic (up to 24 tracks, 1 revision): $120 per song

  • Standard (up to 48 tracks, 2 revisions): $200 per song

  • Complex (48+ tracks, stems, heavy editing): custom quote

• Mastering: $40 per track

• Producer/Arrangement session: $45/hr (or packaged rate — inquire)

• Rush fee: +35% for delivery under 48 hours

• Additional revision (mix): $30 each

Booking & Payments

• Minimum booking: 2 hours.

• Deposit: 25% required to secure session time (non‑refundable, applied to final invoice).

• Payment: Balance due at session completion (cash, card, Venmo, Zelle accepted).

• Overtime: Charged at 1.5× hourly rate for hours beyond booked session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• ≥72 hours notice: deposit applied to rescheduled date.

• 24–72 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained.

• <24 hours or no‑show: full deposit forfeited.

Session Prep & Deliverables

• Provide stems, tempos, and reference mix if available.

• Well‑organized sessions save time; poorly prepared sessions may incur additional editing fees.

• Deliverables: stereo WAV/MP3 unless stems requested (stems by quote).

Revisions & Turnaround

• Standard mix turnaround: 3–7 business days (depends on schedule).

• Mastering turnaround: 24–72 hours.

• Revisions beyond included amount billed per revision or hourly.

Usage & Credits

• You retain song ownership; studio retains right to use short samples for promotion unless otherwise agreed.

• Please credit “Western Inn Studio — Marietta, GA” and engineer/producer as applicable.
